The sticker on my windshield said it was time for an oil change so I took it to Grease Monkey. I was met with a friendly employee who showed me to the waiting room. I was so impressed that a few minutes later the employee came out to let me know my oil looked great and I had time before I needed an oil change. You don’t always run across honest people, and unfortunately I’ve had some dishonest mechanics over the years. When the time comes I’ll be back, and I feel confident I will be in good hands at this location. Thank you so much!!

The MANAGER JACKSON IS A “BIG JOKE “ I had an oil change done at Grease Monkey back in 3 months. Recently, when I went to another shop for an oil change, they refused to service my car because the drain plug was damaged and stripped to the point it could not be removed. They clearly explained that the damage looked like it was caused during the previous oil change service. I went back to Grease Monkey and explained the situation, but instead of taking responsibility, they denied the issue completely. At first, they agreed to fix the oil cap problem, but after failing to do that, they changed their story and demanded proof from the other shop stating they had not touched the drain plug. Even after that, I went out of my way to get evidence, including a Carfax report and photos showing the stripped drain plug. When I returned the next day with all the proof they asked for, the staff became extremely disrespectful and literally yelled at me to leave the premises. The customer service was terrible, and the way they handled the situation was completely unprofessional. Very nice service, quick too! Lobby needs cleaning and there’s a sign saying to enjoy a drink and a snack….but nothing is available. I would like to see at least coffee.

Had an oil change ( synthetic ) and an Air Filter. Great service as always. I wanted the Blended synthetic oil but they only offer full Synthetic... wasn't expecting it to cost this much.. Dealer charges $75.00 + air filter would be . But, it is what it is.. still GREAT SRTVICE.

Came in for an oil change. The guys were polite, friendly, even opened doors. Chivalry’s not dead, apparently. Then came the plot twist: they didn’t have the oil filter. At an oil change place. Told them to just change the oil anyway. Then I’m suddenly handed a receipt for brake pads I never asked for. One guy’s explaining, another’s guessing, nobody seems to know how much “extra” the mystery filter would even cost when I asked. Ultimately I left, oil still not changed. I’ve been coming here for two years because it was quick and convenient, not because I enjoy small talk about car parts. It used to be efficient, now it’s confusing and salesy. Whatever commission pressure they’re under is hurting the place more than helping. These guys signed up to fix cars, not practice improv sales pitches.
